PIT Stop Crashpads
Who can stay at PIT Stop Crashpads?
Anyone needing temporary lodging (generally in the range of 1-9 months) while in the Little Rock or San Antonio area is welcome to stay at PIT Stop Crashpads. Our Little Rock homes are designed primarily for families and our San Antonio home is currently geared toward individuals and couples in a shared home, with the option to use as a single-family home if scheduling allows.
How much is rent at PIT Stop Crashpads?
In Little Rock, rent is currently $105 per day. For our guests in the Air Force, this is just $6 over the per diem rate grated by the Air Force during training, but still $3 less than on-base temporary family apartment lodging. And with PIT Stop Crashpads, you get a single family home with a yard all to yourselves.
In San Antonio, rent is currently $99 per day when used as a shared home. This is the per diem rate granted by the Air Force during training in the area. And you get a spacious home and yard to share with one or two housemates. When used as a single-family home, it is $110 per day.
Are families welcome at PIT Stop Crashpads?
Absolutely! Especially in Little Rock, families are our bread and butter! We know that living somewhere temporarily with the entire family can be a huge hassle, so we aim to change a potential headache into a great experience for the entire family.
Are pets allowed at PIT Stop Crashpads?
They sure are! With a few details in place, we’d be happy to host your furry friend along with you in our home. We have a two-pet limit and charge a one-time pet fee of $200. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet both inside and outside of the home. We reserve the right to cancel your lease if issues arise with the cleaning staff, landscaping crew, or neighbors.
