This spacious and comfortable 4 bed / 2.5 bath home (3521 sq. ft.), is just a 9 minute drive from the Randolph AFB gate. It has everything you might need for an enjoyable stay in San Antonio. We’ve covered everything, from furniture and kitchenware to landscaping and housekeeping. This is a space our family loved ourselves while we lived in San Antonio.
**Please note: most of the home looks exactly like the pictures. A small handful of furniture items and decor have changed since the photos were taken. We've done our best to indicate changes in each section of this page. If you have any questions, please ask!
Living Rooms
This home features three different common living spaces. One is downstairs with cozy furniture and a large tv. Another is downstairs with a bumper pool table and arcade basketball, adjacent to the kitchen. The third is upstairs with a foosball table, comfortable sofa and sleeper, and another tv. Updates since photos: foosball table is in the upstairs living room and the bumper pool table as been added to the game room. Bookshelves from downstairs and dollhouse upstairs have been removed. Blinds have been updated.
Kitchen & Pantry
This kitchen has large, new, stainless steel appliances, a wood island, deep kitchen sink, and table seating for six, in addition to a gigantic pantry. We've also included small appliances, dishes for adults and children, and cookware. If we've missed anything, just ask! We have a large capacity washer and dryer in the pantry. Updates since photos: dining table pictured in the far background outside the kitchen is no longer present and we've swapped out the extra fridge in the pantry for a newer one. Blinds have been updated.
Master Suite
This comfortable bedroom features a king size bed, large walk-in closet, and a recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.Updates since photos: some decor has changed and blinds have been updated.
Secondary Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Our main secondary bedroom hosts a queen bed with a large dresser and desk. One of the others is empty, while the third houses a twin over full bunk bed. All closets have built-in shelves. We are totally open to acquiring and adjusting furniture for future guests! The secondary full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The half bathroom is located downstairs. Changes since photos: some decor has changed and blinds have been udpated.
Yard, Neighborhood, & Misc.
This fenced is in yard on a large .35-acre lot, mostly backyard, one of the biggest in the neighborhood. We have a climbing wall, swing, monkey bars, and shed. The trampoline and bike toys been removed. We've also included a pellet grill on the back patio. The house sits on a corner cul-de-sac in a family-friendly community with mature trees. We also have a large washer and dryer set in the home.
