This spacious and comfortable home (1523 sq. ft.), built in 2021, is just a 10 minute drive from the convenient Little Rock AFB West Gate, allowing you to avoid the traffic without getting the 2200 training slot. It has everything you might need for an enjoyable stay in Little Rock. We’ve covered everything, from furniture and kitchenware to landscaping and housekeeping. For less than the cost of a TLF family apartment on base, you get a newer single-family home with a fenced in yard on a corner cul-de-sac. This is exactly the kind of space our family would have loved ourselves during our temporary assignment in Little Rock.
Living Room
This open-concept living room includes comfortable furniture with room for the entire family.
Kitchen
This kitchen has large stainless steel appliances, an island, and table seating for six. We've also included small appliances, dishes for adults and children, and cookware. If we've missed anything, just ask!
Master Bedroom
This comfortable bedroom features a king size bed, large double-entry closet, and an en-suite bathroom.
Secondary Bedrooms
One of the secondary bedrooms includes a queen bed and baby crib. The other sports a set of bunk beds. Both rooms include a closet and storage options, so your kids don't need to live out of their suitcases!
Bathrooms
The master bathroom is connected to the master bedroom and includes a walk-in shower, storage, and plenty of space. The secondary bathroom is accessed from the hallway and includes a tub/shower combo.
Yard & Neighborhood
This fenced in yard on a quarter-acre lot leaves plenty of space for the kids to play without needing to worry about them. We've also included a propane grill on the back patio. The house sits on a corner cul-de-sac in a family-friendly community.
Misc.
Our home seeks to provide everything you might need during your stay. Laundry facilities, a two-car garage, and a personal touch. Because even though you're living away from home for awhile, when you walk in our door, we want you to feel like you're home.
