This cozy and comfortable home (1470 sq. ft.), built in 2025, is just 8 miles from the Little Rock AFB Main Gate, but still has easy access to the West Gate if you need to avoid traffic. It has everything you might need for an enjoyable stay. We’ve covered everything, from furniture and kitchenware to landscaping and housekeeping. For less than the cost of a temporary family apartment on base, you get a brand new single-family home with a fenced in yard. This is exactly the kind of space our family would have loved ourselves during our temporary assignment in Little Rock.
Living Room
Plenty of room for the whole family to gather. Comfortable furniture and a large TV make this a great place to relax or play together!
Kitchen
The kitchen has everything you need, including all major appliances, multiple minor appliances, a pantry, plenty of storage space, dishes and cookware for both adults and kids, and a large dining table.
Master Suite
A king bed with storage and outlets incorporated into the headboard, a walk-in closet, and a large full en-suite bathroom make this a great place both to sleep, relax, and enjoy.
Secondary Bedrooms
Beyond the master suite, this home boasts three other bedrooms. Two of them include a queen bed, while the other has a triple bunk bed and crib. All three have dressers and plenty of space to avoid making the kids live out of suitcases while you're here.
Secondary Bathroom
This isn't the master bathroom, but it still has all the essentials. It includes a tub/shower combo, toilet, and vanity with storage.
Yard, Neighborhood, & Misc.
This home, and therefore neighborhood, are brand new, making this an exciting place to live. The yard is fenced in. And we have a laundry room with washer and dryer included. If we've forgotten anything, just ask!
